What started out as a tight game
turned into a nice win for the Eagles Sunday afternoon as each line scored a
goal and the Eagles downed the Dundas Blues 7-2.
The Eagles saw a much improved Ancaster Avalanche on Saturday and so was the case on Sunday in Dundas. Despite the Eagles dominating the play early on it was the Blues that opened the scoring in the second period. Vaughn evened it up with a backhand shot from the door step. T.J. followed that up with a beauty of a shot top corner. The Eagles would score five more times from Kai, Jake (2), Gavin, and T.J. again. Dundas would add one more for the 7-2 final. The Eagles play their final game of 2016 against the New Hamburg Huskies on Thursday.
