Dryland at The Shield starts on Saturday, August 10 at 10am.
Hello Eagles,
Don't forget that on Saturday, August 10 at 10a our dryland conditioning starts at The Shield (5065 Benson Drive).
The Shield Team has put together an extensive program designed to prepare our team for the season and build a strong fitness foundation for the year.
A few things to keep in mind:
- No gum is allowed in the facility
- Proper, clean training shoes are required
- Please bring water (it will be kept off-floor, but will be accessible)
- No parents are permitted to be in the workout facility
This is a great opportunity to continue teaching our Eagles valuable, lifelong lessons about leading healthy lifestyles.
