Hello Eagle Family!
Submitted By Admin on Wednesday, March 15, 2017
Currently, preparations are underway for the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club "Eagles" Volunteer and Sponsor Appreciation Spring Gala which takes place on April 1st, 2017.    This special evening is organized annually to salute and thank our valuable volunteers who selflessly contribute untold time, talent, energy and leadership to the youth of our community.

As a not-for-profit organization involved in minor sports, the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club works diligently to offer quality on and off-ice programs, while striving to keep costs to families as affordable as possible.  We simply could not do it without our volunteers helping out in a multitude of tasks.

Our volunteers -- coaches, trainers, managers, parent representatives, convenors, administrators, and many others -- are the sustaining backbone of our programs and success. They not only provide appropriate role models but their efforts, energy and generosity help to improve the quality of life of the minor hockey players they work with and their families, and also make a vital contribution to the needs of the community and its citizens.

To assist in thanking our volunteers, we invite you to participate along with other corporate neighbours and entrepreneurs in the community in supplying a door prize or becoming a Gala Sponsor.   We would appreciate anything you could contribute, along with your business card or any printed material you might wish.

Your anticipated assistance is greatly appreciated and we would, of course, recognize your support during the evening, in our club literature, and on our website at www.burlingtoneagles.com. Please email Angela Mahoney at [email protected]  or  me, Jean Longfield at [email protected]  to discuss how you might become involved.   Thank you very much.

Yours truly,

Jean Longfield
