Help!! Door Prizes Needed
Submitted By Admin on Wednesday, March 2, 2016
Currently, preparations are underway for the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club "Eagles" Volunteer Appreciation Spring Gala which takes place on April 2nd, 2016.  This special evening is organized annually to salute and thank our valuable volunteers who selflessly contribute untold time, talent, energy and leadership to the youth of our community.

Our volunteers -- coaches, trainers, managers, parent representatives, food drive captains, convenors, administrative helpers, spirit wear teams, executives and many, many others -- are the sustaining backbone of our programs and success.  They devote so much time and effort and as a result, allow our excellent hockey programs to go forward at reasonable costs!

To assist in thanking our volunteers, we invite you to participate along with other corporate neighbours and entrepreneurs in the community in making sure our volunteers feel really appreciated!

We are looking for door prizes!!  Can you help?? Ideally, we would like to have all prizes received by March 18, 2016.

All contributors’ names will be mentioned and thanked in our programme.

This is a great opportunity to showcase products you or your company may be involved in marketing.

Your anticipated assistance is greatly appreciated.

Please call Jean at (905)-639-691-6075 or contact Kim at [email protected] to discuss how you might become involved.

Thank you for your help and support!!

Your Hard-Working Gala Committee
