It’s our 10th Anniversary!!!  And…..here's the schedule for the Gift of Giving Back Kick-off and the Hockey Hall of Fame Event this weekend at Burlington Mall.  Burlington Mall is a great friend to our organization!!  

Visit Burlington Mall and see amazing trophy exhibits in our Trophy Gallery. Two different Hockey Hall of fame trophy exhibits will be presented; one on October 4th and another on October 5th. While there test your hockey skills in the Hockey Hall of Fame’s Top Shot interactive, shoot to score, hockey game. Top scores will be invited to enter draws for amazing prizes. If you visit the exhibit on Monday October 5th from 5:30 on you will also see a live hockey art presentation and live Trophy Talk presentations.
 
Renowned artist David Arrigo has been painting professionally for some 25 years and he will be at centre court, painting one of his amazing murals, from 2pm until 8pm on Monday October 5th. David was first propelled into the spotlight when he was commissioned by the Hockey Hall of Fame to complete a painting of Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky. Arrigo’s high profile client list includes various sport and corporate identities and has been featured at such events as the Olympics, US Open, various professional All Star Games and the NFL Super Bowl to name a few. He also works with numerous NHL goaltenders to produce the art on their masks. If you bring a bag of food to the food drive you can enter to win one of David’s custom goalie masks; valued at $1,200. When David is finished his mural he will donate it to the Gift of Giving Back to help raise funds for the food drive. Look for local hockey teams out in your community to get a ticket for your chance to win.

Phil Prichard is the ‘keeper of the cup’ at the Hockey Hall of Fame and has been traveling with the Stanley Cup since 1988; Home of the Stanley Cup and the best of hockey. He has some amazing photos and stories to share. Phil will present on Monday October 5th at 7:00pm and again at 8:00pm.  Phil has been instrumental in bring the Hockey Hall of Fame Trophies, events and exhibits to Burlington Mall in support of the Gift of Giving Back and hopes that it can help kick-off their 10th season and bring awareness to their cause.
Please bring out your teams, families, neighbours and everyone else you know!!

It will be a great event.  All raffles will take place at the event with donations going to the Gift of Giving Back. Please add this event to your team schedules for Monday night.
