One More Chance To Pick Up Your Midget PTS Form
For anyone who missed picking up a Midget PTS form on Wednesday, the office will be open from 8:30 am - 10:00 am Saturday August 22 for you to stop by and get one. Please note in order for a PTS form to be issued you must be registered for Midget Tryouts through the Hockey Canada online registration. Hockey Canada Log-in link can be found under the Registration tab on the Burlington Eagles website. There is no fee involved in online registration.
