Hey Eagles and Barracudas !! – 6 Days to go - It’s finally here!!!! Annual Gift of Giving Back Community Food Drive - Nov 5th  and 6th Keep it going !

In the true spirit of giving, we are now are pleased to announce our prizes to the Eagle and Barracuda top-placing teams !!  It is not too late – if your team is a little behind, there are still six days to go – remember we will not be closing the team totals until 9:30 pm on Thursday, November 6th!!  Teams can add to the total right up until the deadline – and our volunteers will be happy to weigh you in at any time up until then.
We are very excited to hear about some of the great initiatives happening now – and never cease to be amazed at some of the creative ideas and methods that keep surfacing.  Many of the teams have their own challenges happening!


And the two first prizes (Eagles and Barracudas) are…………….We are giving away 50 Hamilton Bulldog tickets (each) — Plus some restaurant vouchers for  a treat afterwards.  Also you will win an hour of ice time with a community practice on-ice with the Hamilton Bulldogs  December 15th at Appleby 2 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.  PLUS OUR WINNING TEAMS WILL BE INVITED TO CITY HALL FOR A SPECIAL CITATION AWARD CEREMONY WITH MAYOR RICK GOLDRING  !!

And the two second prizes are………50 Hamilton Bulldogs tickets AND second place teams will win an hour of ice time at First Ontario Place PLUS some restaurant vouchers for a treat afterwards.

And the third prize is…50 Hamilton Bulldog tickets ….PLUS …..teams to view Bulldog warmup from the Bulldog Bench – helmets must be worn PLUS some restaurant vouchers for a fun evening with the team!!

4th Prize (x2)-- Your Ultimate Cougars X-treme Package includes:
 
A Practice with the Cougars, the Cougars generally practice 3 days per week but with their heavy schedule, take a couple days off from the rigors of practice. This is your team’s opportunity to practice with the Cougars. During practice off days Coach Marc West is going to allow Minor Hockey Teams to go through a development skate as a team and then play a intra squad game with your team mixed in with the Cougar players.
There are limited practices available so contact General Manager Rob Radford to book your date.
 
Your team practice will begin at 3:45 p.m. by coming to the Cougars Dressing Room to get ready for practice. Coach Marc West will draw out some practice drills in the room, to help your kids develop to be a Cougar one day.
 
At 3:45p.m. Cougar Assistant Coaches will put your players through the drills laid out by Coach Marc West. At 4:00 p.m. the Cougar players will take to the ice ‎for an inter squad game.
At the game you choose to attend your players will go on the Cougars Bench to watch the warm-up and then take to the ice to help players pick up the pucks. Before the game begins, your team will be introduced with the Cougars Players and then skate to the Blueline for the National Anthem before departing the ice surface to enjoy the excitement of a Cougar’s game.
At the end of the first period your team will hit the ice to participate in a 5 minute intra squad game.
Your team will receive an autographed team picture and be invited back to the Cougars dressing room after the game.
