Team Photos – Please Read Carefully
“Only One Month to Go"

Team Pictures will be taken at Nelson High School at 4181 New St, Burlington, on November 5th and 6th, and times are noted on your schedules.  Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled time as the food drive weigh-in will take place before pictures are taken.

Please make sure your team is ready and assembled 30 minutes before their scheduled time to avoid missing your photo time.  THERE WILL BE NO DELAYS OR PHOTO RETAKES DUE TO LATENESS. (Team photos are first before individual photos)

Food Drive will be the same two evenings.   Donations will be collected as our players arrive at the door.   If you have a large donation, we will provide instructions as to the drop off nearer to the date.  (Enthusiastic volunteers and signage will be there to guide and assist you to unload at the double doors of the gym.  There will also be helpers with dollies to assist you.

PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY WHEN APPROACHING THE SCHOOL IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY.  THERE WILL BE VOLUNTEERS IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL AND IN THE LANEWAY DIRECTING TRAFFIC.

Just to reiterate – Coaches and Managers are expected to be in full control of team behavior at all times during the photo shoot.  Please be respectful of Nelson High School, our amazing host school and all property.   Please, do not allow rough play on the bleachers or in the food bins.  Safety is important.

Since we will be in the Nelson gymnasium, please ensure players stay on the carpeted areas while wearing skates to avoid scratching the floor.  Please ensure there is no pushing, shoving, etc. – in the past bystanders have been hit by sticks, so please keep your players under control.  Also, please make sure that your players show courtesy to the volunteers who are checking them in. A good idea here would be to assign a couple of your staff or parents to ensure it all goes smoothly.

ATTIRE:  Players are to wear their white home jersey with a white mock neck or t-shirt underneath – no helmets.  There is an area to put on skates at the gym. NOTE: there will not be a change area in the Auditorium/cafeteria.

Coaches and team staff should be in Eagles’ attire:  white dress shirt, eagles’ tie and eagles’ jacket. ( no jeans please)

Thank you all and look forward to seeing everyone there!
