Eagles Tailgate Home Opener

The Midget AAA team would like to invite all Eagles Teams, players and families, to celebrate the start of a new Burlington Eagles hockey season by joining us, FREE of charge, at the 3rd annual Tailgate Home Opener as we continue to foster a tradition of Eagle pride and passion by hosting this fun and exciting team-building event right at the start of the hockey season. 

The Tailgate event starts on Friday, September 26th at 5:00pm at Central Arena followed by the Midget AAA Home Opener at 7:00pm vs their cross-town rivals the Oakville Rangers!  We are hoping for your support! 

It is FREE to attend the game and there will also be some other exciting things to experience:

-      A Beer Garden!... it is a Tailgate after all!

-      Music on the Patio (we are working on a live band) @ 5:00pm - 7:00pm

-      BBQ – The best ever bbq'd Hamburgers, cold drinks, and DQ Dilly Bars (5:00pm - 7:00pm)

-      Dressing room tours from 5:00pm – 6:00pm - The Midget AAA Eagles are privileged to have Central Arena as their home rink and are thrilled to show you their very own High Performance dressing room which they will use for the entire season!  Bring your team and family for a tour by the Midget AAA players

-      Special Home Opener Ceremony where the Eagle OMHA Champs from last season will be recognized - 7:00 PM

-      Tyke Eagles mini-game showcase between periods 1 and 2

-      'Chuck a Puck' between periods 2 and 3 with an opportunity to win great prizes!

The atmosphere will be fantastic and you will also see a Great Game of Hockey!

The midget AAA team is thrilled to be representing the City of Burlington and the Burlington Eagles in a Midget AAA tournament in Preston, Ontario in March, and this event is the start to our fundraising effort. Please join us for this very special evening!

Bring your appetite – Bring your passion for Hockey – and Bring your loud cheering voices!

Come out and have fun and support your Midget AAA team!
