CONVENOR NEEDED FOR 2022/23
The Eagles are seeking to fill a convenor position for the 2022-23 season. The successful candidate needs to have hockey experience, a thorough knowledge of the game, and people management experience, as well as familiarity with the Burlington Eagles goals and objectives.
Convenors are responsible for representing the Club as intermediaries between coaches, parents, and players, resolving issues with empathy and confidentiality as required. Great communication, organizational, and time management skills are a necessity. Convenors must have the flexibility within their own personal lives to be present in arenas and attend meetings as required. This is a volunteer position.
