OHF EXPECTED SEASON STRUCTURE FOR 2021/22
Submitted By Kyle Mundell on Thursday, May 13, 2021
Eagles families,

Please see the following information regarding the OHF’s current expected plan for the 2021/22 minor hockey season. We anticipate the first tryouts for our AAA Under-12 and older teams to start September 10th, with the Under-11 and younger teams beginning September 13th. Each category will be given seven days to complete the tryout process before moving on to the next category. Once tryouts have been completed for a team, there will be a week-long development phase to take place before the regular season can start.

Tryout registration will be available in June, and more information will be posted to our website once details are confirmed. If there are any updates to the seasonal structure we will update our website but for now, here is the expected information for the 2021-22 season:

U12 and older important dates

U12 and above minor hockey groups will begin tryouts on the first Friday (Sept. 10) following Labour Day.

Optional prep phase begins on Sept. 7 and offers a window for player/goalie development as well as checking instruction prior to tryouts beginning.

Each category will start their tryouts seven days after the above category starts their tryouts
