TWO MORE EAGLES SELECTED IN OHL U18 PRIORITY SELECTION
Yesterday the OHL held their U18 Priority Selection online, and two more Eagles players, this time from our Midget AAA team, were chosen in the process. Braedyn McIntosh (G) was taken by the Guelph Storm 12th overall, and Jackson Mowatt (W) was selected by the Hamilton Bulldogs with the 45th pick.

Last season was Braedyn's first year with the Eagles, working his way up through the Milton and Halton Hills ranks from house league through to AAA. Moving over to the Eagles, Braedyn was also given the chance to be an affiliated player with the Burlington Jr. A Cougars this season. Coach Ethan Lyons describes Braedyn as, "a big goalie with great athleticism, who continues to get better everyday and adds confidence to his team when he is in the net."

Jackson Mowatt also moved over to the Eagles last year, previously playing with the Stoney Creek Minor Hockey Association and the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs. This season Jackson was also an affiliated player with the Hamilton Kilty B's. Coach Lyons says that Jackson is an, "offensively gifted winger that can both score and make plays at a high level. Has a great work ethic and was leader for our group on and off the ice."

Everyone at the Eagles would like to congratulate both Braedyn and Jackson on their accomplishment, and we would like to wish them good luck in their future hockey careers!
