Optional Dryland Training opportunity
JULY 11, Dry land Training Begins
As of Wednesday July 11, we will providing for those interested an opportunity to start some dryland training. These sessions will focus on a combination of conditioning and skill development. Sessions are not mandatory, just an opportunity. If you have a friend from another team who is interested bring them along. When we start to utilize our NLT budget in August, there will be an expectation of attending.
Your Player will need to bring the following to dryland training:
a stick handling ball, stick and gloves, water bottle, and a willingness to challenge themselves to get better.
