Peewee A, Under 13, 2018-2019 (Burlington City Rep Hockey Club)

Today the Mark's Burlington Eagles Peewee A team went all the way to the finals of the Stoney Creek Tournament of Champions in the AA division.  They knocked off the Niagara Junior Purple Eagles 3-2 in the semi finals, avenging an earlier overtime loss in the round robin.  That win set them up for the finals against the Kent Cobras.  While the boys gave it their all, they had to settle for the silver medal - not too shabby for a team playing above their weight class!  Great teamwork boys!

The Burlington Eagles Peewee A team, sponsored by Mark's, are the September Showdown Champions in a thrilling 2-1 shootout victory over the Markham Waxers!  On behalf of the coaching team, Coach Mike would like to congratulate his entire squad on an outstanding tournament with only 3 goals scored against the team, and 18 goals for, including a pair of shutouts.  Both offence and defence were firing on all cylinders!  Eagles hockey dominated the rinks this opening early bird weekend with 6 Eagles teams winning their tourneys!
