Email Communication During Tryouts
Group Assignment emails will be sent by 11pm Monday April 8, 2019.  This includes the Body Checking Clinic group that will go to all Minor Bantam registrants.  If you have not received your email by that time please check your junk mail or spam folder before contacting Shannon at 289-439-8008 between 7pm - 9pm weekday evenings or anytime during the day on weekends.  Calls between 9am - 6pm weekdays will not be answered.

Late registrants will not be sent their Group Assignment email until Saturday April 13.

Please note that requests to change your Group Assignment once the emails have been sent will not be accommodated.

Tryout Email Guidelines

  • You will receive an email letting you know where to report for every skate you are to attend.  There will be exceptions however, so please check your tryout page and read your emails carefully for any updates or new information.
  • Emails will be received at least 8 hours before your next skate, however every effort will be made to get them out sooner.  This is due to the narrow time-frame between tryouts.
  • Only those inquiries that are received in the 8 hours before a tryout skate is scheduled will be responded to.
  • During tryouts the system allows for only one email address per player, families will have to forward a copy to any other email recipients that require one.
