Having Trouble With Tryout Registration?
It has come to our attention that on occasion when people have made their payment when registering for tryouts that the screen doesn't close or they do not receive an email confirmation. At this time they are getting a message saying their account is locked.
I would ask that you wait at least one hour and then try logging back into your account. At that time you will be able to email yourself a receipt. It is taking up to one hour to process payments and at that time the account is temporarily locked in order for no other transactions to take place (including trying to register again thinking the first one didn't go through successfully).
