What happens if my credit card installment payment doesn't go through?
There are several reasons a credit card payment may be declined...
- card has expired
- lost or stolen
- declined by bank
In the event your credit card payment does not go through successfully for whatever reason, you will immediately receive an email from Hockey Canada informing you of the situation. In that email will be a link that you can click on to update your credit card information. This link is time-sensitive for security reasons and must be accessed within 24 hours of receiving the email. Once you have updated your credit card information the payment will be taken within the next 24 hours.
