Gala Sponsors Needed
Submitted By Admin on Friday, March 6, 2015
Currently, preparations are underway for the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club "Eagles" Volunteer Appreciation Spring Banquet which takes place on April 11th, 2015. This special evening is organized annually to salute and thank our valuable volunteers who selflessly contribute untold time, talent, energy and leadership to the youth of our community.

As a not-for-profit organization, the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club works diligently to offer quality on and off-ice programs, while striving to keep costs to families as affordable as possible. We simply could not do it without our volunteers helping out in a multitude of tasks.

Our volunteers coaches, trainers, managers, parent representatives, convenors, administrators, and many others are the sustaining backbone of our programs and success. They not only provide appropriate role models but their efforts, energy and generosity help to improve the quality of life of the minor hockey players they work with and their families, and also make a vital contribution to the needs of the community and its citizens.

To assist in thanking our volunteers, we invite you to participate along with other corporate neighbours and entrepreneurs in the Burlington community in supplying one giveaway party favour for approximately 60 volunteers. Your donation may be packaged with your business card or any printed material you may wish.

Alternatively, a financial donation is always gratefully accepted. In appreciation of your generosity, you and/or your company will be recognized during the evening of the Gala, in our Gala program and on our website.

Please help us make this evening memorable for our dedicated volunteers. For this one evening, we want them to feel as special as we know they are.

Please do not hesitate to contact Lisa Williams at [email protected] or (905) 220-7868 or Jean Longfield at [email protected]  at 905-691-6075 for further information or to arrange for pickup of your donation.

Thanks again for your kind generosity!!!

Looking forward to seeing you all at the gala!
Good luck to all teams in their final tournaments and playoffs!!

Go Eagles!!!!
