The 2015-16 Parent / Player feedback surveys are now
available and located on the Eagles website under the
FORMS drop down menu.
We encourage and value both parent and player feedback and ask that surveys be returned to the Eagles Office prior to December 31, 2015. Surveys can be returned any time during, or outside of, regular office hours. If returning your survey when the office is closed, please deposit it through the mail slot in the office door. Thank you for your participation in this process.
