After an amazing weekend, our U14A Gold and U9 Tier 1 teams were able to bring home GOLD after winning their respective tournaments!
Our U14 A Gold Eagles put together a flawless performance,
going a perfect 5-0 to capture the Halton Hills Winter Classic tournament. They
started strong with a 3-0 record in the round robin, setting the tone for the
weekend. In the semifinals, they faced a strong Barrie team for the second time
in the tournament and came out on top with a well-earned 5-3 victory. The
finals saw them take on Orillia, where they delivered a dominant 5-0 shutout to
secure the championship. From start to finish, every player contributed with
hard work, skill, and teamwork, making this an unforgettable victory!
Congratulations to the entire team and coaching staff on winning their 2nd
tournament of the season!!!
The Burlington Eagles U9 Tier 1 team played in the Niagara
Falls Breakaway Tournament this past weekend. They played 5 solid games and
went undefeated the entire weekend, scoring 31 goals for and allowing only 4
goals against. The boys were on fire in the finals and defeated the Lambton
Shores 7-0 to take home the gold!!
