Hockey season is fast approaching, which means tryouts for
our U8-13 teams are just around the corner! In order to ensure all players are
ready to hit the ice, the Eagles have scheduled some preparation skates at the
end of August and early September for each age group.
These skates are optional, they are run by our Next Level Training providers, and there is no additional fee to attend. Everyone that has registered for tryouts will receive a group assignment that will include four skates. Group assignments will be sent out one week prior to the first skate.

Under 8 and Under 9 will also have Preparation Skates starting September 11th. There will be four prep skates for each group before evaluations officially begin near the end of September. Both age groups' evaluation schedules are on the U8 Daws page, and the U9 Tier 1 page. All players registered will receive assignments for both the prep skates and the evaluation phase.
Additionally, there will be Goaltending Clinics for Under 10 through Under 13 goalies on the evenings of August 31st and September 1st, which will be run by our Goaltending Mentor Bryce O’Hagan. Times will be assigned for these skates as well, and there is also no additional fee to attend these sessions.
Finally, just a reminder that the late fee for our U8-13 tryouts will kick in on September 1st, when the rate will change to $125.
