BURLINGTON EAGLES 2022 AGM
This is to advise you that the Annual General Meeting of the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club (BCRHC) will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the BCRHC Hockey Office, 1176 Blair Road, Burlington.
Any additional agenda items (together with a background information sheet for distribution) must be received at the Hockey Office by Sunday, July 31st, 2022 from an eligible Adult Member in order to be placed on the agenda. Anyone interested in attending this meeting is invited to do so. Only volunteers are eligible to cast a vote.
If you cannot attend this meeting, you may vote by proxy. To vote by proxy, complete the attached form (Appendix A) and return it via e-mail to [email protected] or drop through the mail slot at the office at 1176 Blair Road. All proxies must be received by Sunday, July 17th in order to vote.
