The Burlington Eagles will be hosting body checking clinics
for all 2009 born skaters on Tuesday, April 19th and Wednesday,
April 20th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on both nights. On each night there
are three time slots of one hour each. To be eligible for the body checking
clinics your skater must have registered for the 2022-23 Eagles tryouts. All skaters who have registered for tryouts will be assigned a time by the evening
of Sunday, April 17th.
Additionally, any MD skaters who have not completed a season with body checking will be eligible for the clinics – this includes skaters born in 2007 and 2008. They will be placed in their own time slot on the 19th or 20th and will also be assigned a time on the evening of Sunday, April 17th.
These body checking sessions will be run by our NLT Instructors and will take place at Appleby 1. There is no additional cost associated with these clinics.
