With over a decade of experience coaching elite-level teams Mike is taking over our 2010 AAA team for the 2022-23 season after coaching our U16 AAA team in 2021-22. Previously coaching in the OJHL with the Oakville Blades and Toronto Patriots, Mike’s teams have won multiple division titles and regular season champions in the 2015-18 time frame. While coaching with the Oakville Rangers, Mike’s teams also won three straight OMHA U18 AAA championships from 2009-2011.

Mike takes extreme pride in player development and helping young athletes achieve their goals. He believes that players learn best when they're having fun and encourages his athletes to push beyond their comfort zone. A believer in playing fast starts with thinking fast, Mike spends a lot of time helping athletes problem solve rather than provide answers. Since beginning his coaching career Mike has seen 3 of his former players reach the NHL level while countless more have received NCAA scholarships or signed with OHL programs. He looks forward to helping players in his hometown exceed expectations and achieve their goals.

Dwayne will be in his second year coaching with the Eagles in 2022-23.

Dwyane and his coaching staff believe and understand that they have a major role in the growth and development of our players, not only as athletes/hockey players but also as individuals. Sports are a formula that assists in developing life skills and how we present ourselves as a coaching staff plays an important role in that. With over 350 regular season wins & several rep league & tournament championships, Dwayne and his staff pride themselves on allowing every player to succeed. The players will continue to learn to respect their peers, their coaches, officials, opponents, parents and especially themselves.

Mark is returning as our U18 AAA Head Coach after a successful season to this point. The Eagles have appeared in the OMHA Top 5 rankings and have been in the top 3 of the SCTA standings most of the season, along with winning the Sudbury Big Nickel tournament in November. Mark grew up playing all his minor hockey for the Burlington Eagles having great success with OMHA wins and OHF appearances over his minor hockey career. Mark continued playing in both the GOJHL and the OJHL before heading off to play USports at Ryerson University. Mark continued playing hockey for 2 years in the SPHL before heading to Europe to complete 3 more seasons, landing in France, Germany, and Sweden.

While in Sweden, Mark began his coaching career as an Assistant Coach with the U20 program with his hockey club Boras. After his final year of playing, Mark became an Assistant Coach with the Oakville Rangers U18 AAA program during the 2020/2021 season. Mark plans to use his playing and coaching experience to develop young players in the U18 AAA program both on and off the ice. Mark’s number one priority is to build a culture that helps players both succeed as a team and as an individual. He is excited about returning to Burlington to continue to build the Burlington Eagles U18 AAA Program.
