Congratulations to our Under 11 AAA Eagles for winning the Kanata Blazers AAA Shootout this past weekend! The Eagles went undefeated throughout the weekend and outscored their opponents by a combined 33-2.
After four straight victories in the round robin over Upper Ottawa, Cumberland, Kanata, and the Ottawa Sting, the Eagles entered the semi-finals to take on the Cumberland Jr. Grads for a 2nd time. A second straight shutout against the Jr. Grads sent the Eagles through to the finals.
Coming up against the Vaughan Kings in the gold medal game, the Eagles put together a 3-1 victory to defeat the Kings and win the Kanata Blazers AAA Shootout! Congratulations to all our players and coaches on the tournament victory!
