FORMER EAGLE OLIVER PEER EARNS ROSTER SPOT WITH WINDSOR SPITFIRES
The Burlington Eagles family would like to offer a huge congratulations to former player Oliver Peer (2003) who has earned a roster spot with the Windsor Spitfires for the 2021-22 season! Oliver started his hockey career with the Eagles as early as Tyke Select in 2010-11, playing with the Eagles his entire career before moving on to the Toronto Jr. Canadiens for one season, and then the Burlington Jr. A Cougars for one season.

Despite not being selected in the 2019 OHL Priority Selection, Oliver continued to work hard and earned a free-agent invite to the Spitfires training camp. He performed well enough to earn the attention of Spitfires' Head Coach Marc Savard, who signed Oliver Tuesday night.
