Between the months of February to April we received hundreds
of registrations for the tryouts that we anticipated to be holding.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has put a massive halt on our plans for tryouts, and I am
sure many of your summer plans were dramatically changed too as a result.
During this time, we have been holding that money we received in trust, hoping
we would be able to run tryouts at some stage in the year 2020.
Since it has become clear to us that tryouts will not be proceeding as expected, we have made the decision to refund all participants that paid for tryouts previously, regardless of whether you were with the Eagles in 2019-20 or not.
Over the next few days we will be processing each individual refund back onto the credit card you paid with. Your statement should show a credit equivalent to the amount you paid, under the name “Burlington City Rep Hockey Club”. You will also receive an email notifying you when the transaction has been completed.
