The 2021 Golden Horseshoe Tournament will be held from Monday, December 27th through to Thursday, December 30th.

All divisions will be guaranteed four games.

REFUND Policy:
Policy (A)
- Funds may be requested up to and including the published team registration deadline of November 1st, 2021
- Prior to 30 days before the published registration deadline (Nov. 1st, 2021) an administration fee of $100.00 will be applied
- Refund requests after Nov. 1st, 2021, an administrative fee of $350.00 will be applied
CANCELLATION OF DIVISION
Refunds shall be 100% refund for each team in the cancelled Division/age category. The Organizing Committee will inform all teams within the cancelled division immediately. Cancellation information will be provided by e-mail shown on the team registration form. Refunds will be mailed to names on the team registration application. Refunds will be provided to each team within 10 business days of cancellation notice.
Policy (B) Team related Covid-19 refund request for teams who experience Covid-19 issues beyond their control prior to the Tournament/Jamboree start date:
- Refunds may be requested up to and including the team registration deadline November 1st, 2021, an administrative fee of $150.00 shall be applied
- Refunds requested after November 1st, 2021, shall incur an administrative fee of $350.00
- Refunds will be mailed to the contact on the team registration form and receipt of it will be provided within 10 business days
Policy (C) City/Province/Federal/Hockey Canada dictate new Covid restrictions which cancel 2021 Tournament/Jamboree
The Golden Horseshoe Committee will accept: (Subject to OHA directives)
- Prior to Sept. 1, 2021: Required 10% deposit, Full refund provided
- Sept. 1-Nov. 15, 2021: Full registration required, Refund registration fees subject to a $100.00 administrative fee
- After Nov. 15, 2021: registration refunded less $150.00
All registered teams will be informed immediately following a Covid cancellation. Refunds will be mailed within 15 business days to registration contact, noted on team registration form.
PAYMENT: Cheques can be made out to "Golden Horseshoe Invitational Hockey Tournament", and sent to the Eagles office at the address below.
Games are all played at local Burlington arenas including Appleby Ice Centre, Mainway Arena and Central Arena.
