Burlington City Rep Hockey Club Refund Policies



Policy – Unable to attend Spring Tryouts due to injury

Players who are unable to attend Spring tryouts are still required to register online and pay a Tryout Fee.  This Tryout Fee will ensure the player has an opportunity to earn a position on a team.  Notification must be emailed to Burlington City Rep Hockey Club accompanied by a Dr’s. Note.   A Convenor will contact the family to let them know where to report in the fall and a Dr’s note confirming player can return to skate must be provided at that time.

 

Policy – Players Ill or Injured During the Season

Tryout Fee is not refundable.

Monthly Hockey Cost to be reimbursed for each month following release from team roster.  For example, player is released December 20, 2013 refund would be 2 x Monthly Hockey Cost (Jan & Feb).

Refund only applies to players unable to return to team.

Notification for release from roster must be submitted to Burlington City Rep Hockey Club in writing accompanied by an Injury Report/Dr’s Certificate.  Monthly Hockey Cost is determined by the cost of team registration divided by 6.

 

Policy – Players Quitting Once Offer Letter has been signed

Tryout Fee is not refundable.

Monthly Hockey Cost to be reimbursed for each month following player’s release from roster.  Notification for release from roster must be submitted to Burlington City Rep Hockey Club in writing.  Monthly Hockey Cost is determined by the cost of team registration divided by 6.

An Administration Fee of $100.00 will be charged.

 

Policy - Team Jerseys

A $250.00 deductible will be applied to all refunds for the cost of the custom fit jerseys that are non-returnable to the Eagles.  Players will keep their own jerseys and socks.
