John Tait will be signing Major Midget Tryout Permission Forms (Permission to Skate) on August 19, 2015 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm at the Burlington Eagles office. Burlington Major Midget players wishing to Tryout at another Centre will require this form. Please stop by the office during that time to pick one up. If you have any questions please email
[email protected]All players who did not play in Burlington last season and reside outside of Burlington will require a Major Midget AAA Player Tryout Permission Form (Permission to Skate) from their home center to attend our Tryouts. As per direction from the OHF, all associations will have the forms and must provide them upon request. Please note this is NOT the same form as the Permission to Skate form required to try out for Junior teams.
