RIP Blue

Another missed goal by our hometown zebras led to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of the Hawks this past Monday night. The boys were beginning to battle back from a 2-1 deficit, the missed call swept the wind from under our Eagles' wings.
A key member of the coaching staff was also laid to rest during the game. 'Blue' had been a permanent fixture behind the bench since the onset of the season. Blue was responsible for drawing key plays, keeping track of lines and documenting key game times to ensure timekeepers were kept honest.
'Blue' was quickly replaced by 'Black' who will need to learn the ropes quickly, no longer able to seek guidance from 'Blue'.
RIP Blue.
REMINDER: It might be a good idea to get your Eagle's skates sharpened in advance of this weekend's tournament.
