Tyke 1's win Silver Medal at the 2018 Byron Optimist Competitive Tournament
Our Tyke 1 Eagles travelled to London this past weekend to participate in the 2018 Byron Optimist Competitive Tournament.
What a great tournament and weekend overall!
The boys qualified for the Semi finals where they defeated rivals Oakville rangers 2-0!!! This win advanced them to the finals to compete against Duffield Devils Gold.
After 3 periods of strong will and drive, the Eagles succumbed 6-2 to Duffield Gold. What a game!!!
Congratulations to the boys for their tremendous effort throughout the tournament. Their display of continuous respect to everyone, excellent behaviour and camaraderie towards their teammates, made us very proud!
