The
Minor Bantam A Gold Burlington Eagles take home the gold medals at the Richmond
Hill Stars Early Bird tournament.
It was a busy weekend with six games played. After advancing from the fifteen team field into the medal round the Eagles faced the Owen Sound Attack in the semi finals. A convincing 4-1 win over the previously un-scored upon Attack propelled the Eagles in to the final. In the Sunday afternoon title game the Eagles overcame several injuries and shutout the Halton Hills Thunder 2-0 to claim the 2015 Richmond Hill Stars Early Bird Championship. Well done Golden A Eagles!!!!! Congratulations to you all on a job well done!!!!
