ATOM A WINS KITCHENER OKTOBERFEST!
A fantastic effort was made by all
as the team went undefeated in six games to win their second tournament in a
row.
The team opened the tournament winning 1-0 over the Woodstock Jr Navy Vets. The strong team effort continued as they scored 28 goals while allowing only 2 goals against the entire weekend. In the Championship game, Atom A faced division rivals Oakville Rangers; solidly beating them 7-0 to earn the gold and the coveted prize - Bauer hockey sticks for the entire team. Congratulations to Evan Smith for earning the acknowledgement as Tournament MVP! A great team effort by all.
