The Eagles are excited to give our parents an opportunity to
submit feedback on the 2016-2017 season. We are doing something new this year
and collecting feedback via online survey. This was done to reduce the
amount of effort it takes for you to fill out the Survey's and allows us to
understand the responses easier so that we can continue to develop our program
to make sure our players and parents are getting the most out of their Eagles
experience.

Like always, you can submit your feedback anonymously but we encourage you to submit your name and a way to contact you so that we may follow up with you if required. We encourage and value both parent and player feedback and ask that surveys be completed prior to December 15, 2016. Thank you for your participation in this process.
