The Shoeless Joe's
Atom AA Burlington Eagles completed a 3 game sweep of the Ancaster Avalanche to
claim the Tri County Championship. Allowing just 2 goals over the 3 games, the
boys capped off an incredible 2014-2015 Season.
Lead by first year Head Coach Ethan Lyons and his Assistants Mark Rivard and Jon Lowicki the team amassed a 23-3-2 record during the regular season and completed the year at 36-7-2!
Stellar goaltending was provided all year by Colton Donaldson and Charlie Strike and the defense of Owen Browne, Michael Staios, Christian Lawson, Adam Moes, Cole Bradley and Ethan Silver were solid in helping keep pucks out of our net.
Forwards Cody Inness, Josh Windle, Jake Campbell, Kyle McMillan, Matthew Lorimer, Ashton Finch, Logan Brooks, Adam Bunt and Jack Storey used their speed, skill and determination to fill the opponent’s net and made magic happen when it looked like the odds were stacked against them.
Everyone worked hard and brought effort and commitment to the rink each and every night.
With a constant smile on their faces from August 31st to March 26th the Boys and their Coaches enjoyed a great season.
