The
Bantam A Burlington Eagles have joined the "Storm the Centre" competition for a
chance to “Be the Leafs for a Day” and skate at the Air Canada Centre.
This is the second year of the competition and is open to Bantam teams
this year.
In this competition you’ve got to Bring It online and on the ice. There are many challenges that the teams have to complete during the “First Period”. The Second Period is a Skills Competition and the Third is Game Day. The top 5 teams with at least 1000 points from each division move on to the Second Period Skills Competition. Two teams from the Skills Competition are selected to go on to the Armour Cup played at the ACC coached by some Maple Leaf players. We are currently working on the First Period Challenges.
Fan support is also very important. For every 20 fans we get 5 points. Please support our team, become a fan on our page and please ask your friends and family to support our team - the goal is to “Pack the Stands” with 400 fans for maximum points. Use the hashtag #STC_BurlEaglesBA on social media to spread the word to support our team.
